How the Customer Acquisition Bonus Works

As an Affiliate Pro, you are eligible to earn Customer Acquisition Bonuses or, as we like to call them, CABs. You earn a CABs when you have a newly enrolled Affiliate who completes two specific actions, called Qualifying CAB Actions (QCAs), within their first 60 days:

First QCA
Earn your first QCA when your new Affiliate earns their first Customer point through their sales.

40% of your
total CAB payout

Second QCA
Your second QCA requires 2 additional Customer Points coming from any of the following products:
  • CreditLikes
  • MyNovae Disputes Manager
  • Novae Debt Help
  • Business Credit Finance Suite
  • Novae Financing

60% of your
total CAB payout

Your cab is determined by two factors:

1. Your Rank at the time the new Affiliate completes their QCAs.
2. If your new Affiliate has enrolled as an Affiliate Pro or Affiliate Basic.

Override CABs

You can earn override CABs when you are an Affiliate Pro, have the Rank of Senior Affiliate or higher, and are in the upline of a new Affiliate that completes two Qualifying CAB Actions within their first 60 days.

Override CABs are calculated based on the difference between commission amounts at different ranks.

How it works:

Each rank has a specific CAB amount assigned to it. When a new Affiliate completes their QCAs, the Override CAB for each upline Affiliate Pro is determined by:

  1. Identify the CAB amount for your rank
  2. Subtract the CAB amount for the qualifying Affiliate’s rank directly below you in the upline
  3. The difference becomes your Override CAB amount

The Customer Acquisition Bonus (CAB) rewards Affiliate Pros for helping new Affiliates start strong and build successful businesses. When you enroll a new Affiliate who demonstrates their commitment through Customer sales, you can earn substantial bonuses based on your rank and their enrollment level.

Customer Acquisition Bonus Example

In this example, you are an Affiliate Pro with a Rank of National Consultant, with a Sales Director and Regional Sales Director in your upline. When a new Affiliate Pro joins your team, here’s how the CAB bonuses flow:

Override CAB bonus is calculated as the difference between rank bonus amounts. Your Sales Director’s override CAB, in this case, is $20 (the difference between their max CAB override bonus of $400 and the override CAB bonus of your National Consultant Rank $380), and your Regional Sales Director’s override CAB is $30 (the difference between the max CAB override bonus amounts of $430 and $400).

First QCA: Your new Affiliate gains their first Customer Point

  • Your Direct CAB: $192
    (40% of $480)
  • Sales Director Override CAB: $8
    (40% of $20)
  • Regional Sales Director Override CAB: $12
    (40% of $30)

Second QCA: Your new Affiliate enrolls two more Customers with qualifying products

  • Your Direct CAB: $288
    (60% of $480)
  • Sales Director Override CAB: $12
    (60% of $20)
  • Regional Sales Director Override CAB: $18
    (60% of $30)

Total CABs: You earn a $480 Direct CAB, while your upline Sales Director and Regional Sales Director earn override CABs of $20 and $30, respectively.

Three Payment Retention Rule

Your CAB commissions, both Direct and Override, are secured when your new Affiliate and their Customers maintain consistent payments. After receiving your CAB, three people must make their next two monthly payments: your new Affiliate and the Customers whose sales completed the QCA.

  • Missing the first monthly payment will result in a 75% retraction of the CAB
  • Missing the second monthly payment will result in a 50% retraction of the CAB

These retractions affect all CAB bonuses – both Direct and Override. However, you have a 21-day grace period to resolve any declined payments. If the missed payment is successfully processed within this grace period, no CAB retractions will occur. The payment must be reprocessed for month in which it was missed in order for it count.
